I’ve always heard a journal is a labor of love. I feel it is rather cathartic, but at the same time, I can’t help but feel like an asshole if I go back and read my entries. So many kids use their LiveJournal as a way to express their “deep, philosophical” minds, when really, they all share the same opinions, which have no basis in any actual thinking, only mimicry.

I read tons of posts where people try to show how intelligent and deep they truly are, which is bullshit, but it just makes them come off as assholes. I really hope I don’t come off like that, but I fear I very well might.


Suffice to say, you are never as good as you think you are, in fact, you’re an asshole.
